Project description
We provided BREEAM consulting services for the Eurocentre Office Building, located in the central business district. This project achieved the first BREEAM certification in Croatia, setting a new benchmark for sustainable office buildings in the country. Our involvement supported the integration of sustainability principles throughout the project, enhancing environmental performance and long-term value.
