We provided construction supervision services for the development of the Kaufland retail centre in Varaždin, with a total area of approximately 3,300 m². Our role included continuous on-site monitoring, coordination between contractors and designers, and verification of compliance with technical and quality standards. Through diligent supervision, we ensured that all works were completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client’s specifications, delivering a modern and efficient retail facility.
