We provided Technical Due Diligence services for Avenue Mall in Zagreb, a large mixed-use office and retail complex, in support of a prospective acquisition. Our team assessed the building’s technical condition, structural elements, building services, and regulatory compliance, while reviewing maintenance records to identify material risks and future capital expenditure requirements. The findings gave the client a clear understanding of the asset’s condition and associated liabilities, enabling an informed acquisition decision.
