We provided Technical Due Diligence services for Lumini, a new-generation regional shopping and entertainment centre near Varaždin, in support of a prospective acquisition. Extending to approximately 34,000 m² of leasable area on a single level, the scheme combines more than 80 retail units with leisure attractions including a multiplex cinema and bowling. Our team assessed the building’s technical condition, structural elements, and building services, together with regulatory compliance and maintenance status, to identify material risks and future capital expenditure requirements ahead of an informed acquisition decision.
