We prepared a highest and best use study for a 140,000 m² former furniture factory site near Varaždin, which was being considered for demolition and redevelopment. The analysis evaluated various reuse and redevelopment options, taking into account planning frameworks, market dynamics, and infrastructure capacity. Our recommendations provided a strategic basis for repurposing the obsolete industrial complex into more viable and value-generating uses, aligned with local development objectives.
