Project description
For the Mall of Sofia, we provided BREEAM In-Use consulting to help optimise the asset’s environmental and operational performance. The work included detailed assessment and coordination across energy, water, and waste efficiency, as well as occupant comfort and wellbeing. Our involvement supported the implementation of practical sustainability measures and helped align the mall’s daily operations with international best practice in sustainable property management.
