We provided LEED consulting for Existing Buildings at Mall of Split, the largest shopping centre in Dalmatia. Our role was to guide the operations and management teams to meet rigorous sustainability benchmarks, analyzing energy use, resource management, indoor environmental quality, and ongoing maintenance practices. Through detailed assessment, targeted improvement strategies, and consistent oversight, we pushed the project beyond baseline requirements to secure the LEED Platinum certification, demonstrating exceptional performance in sustainable operation and long-term efficiency.
