For the renovation of the Lidl supermarket in Novi Vinodolski, we acted as construction supervisor, overseeing the project during the modernisation phase. Our scope included continuous site supervision, technical compliance verification, and stakeholder coordination. Our proactive, hands- on management and strict quality assurance enabled a smooth renovation process, resulting in a modernised retail asset aligned with current standards and optimised for the seasonal dynamics of this coastal market.
