Project description
In this project, we served as construction supervisor for the refurbishment of the Lidl supermarket in Mali Lošinj. Our responsibilities included continuous on-site supervision, verification of compliance with technical specifications, and coordination among project stakeholders throughout the refurbishment works. Through a hands-on approach and rigorous quality control, we ensured smooth project execution, delivering a modernised retail facility that meets current standards while being fully adapted to the logistical and seasonal specifics of this island location.
