We conducted Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for a retail park portfolio across Slovenia, consisting of six properties. The assessment was carried out to support refinancing and included evaluating the condition of buildings, infrastructure, and building systems, identifying potential risks, and providing recommendations to optimise operational performance and long- term value across the portfolio.
