Construction management for Malekova Residential Building
Project description
We provided construction management services for the Malekova residential building, comprising 80 residential units. Our scope included managing the construction process as well as coordinating design changes and apartment modifications in line with buyer requirements. We also supported the handover process and tenant move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition from construction completion to full occupancy. The project reflects our experience in managing complex residential developments with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and end- user satisfaction.
