We conducted Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for the acquisition of Plat Hotels, a property that was partially dilapidated. The client intended to purchase the hotel for redevelopment and upgrading to modern standards. Our work included assessing the condition of existing structures, identifying risks and necessary interventions, and providing actionable recommendations to support the client’s investment and redevelopment strategy.
