Project description
We conducted a Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for the Square One office building in Zagreb, with a total gross floor area of 1,000 m². The assessment was carried out on behalf of a prospective tenant considering occupancy of the building. The scope of the TDD focused on regulatory compliance and testing of the building’s technical installations, including verification of their condition and operational performance.
