For Z Centar in Zagreb we conducted a BREEAM In-Use assessment and provided advisory services to the client on achieving a BREEAM Excellent certification. Our support included evaluating existing systems and processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering recommendations to optimise energy efficiency, sustainable management, and indoor environmental quality.
