Project description
In this project, we conducted a comprehensive spatial planning analysis and valuation of a land portfolio totaling 330,000 m² on the island of Ugljan. The portfolio consisted of multiple land parcels distributed across the island, all of which were precisely identified, geo-located, and mapped within the cadastral system. Our scope included drone-based site surveys, analysis of land-use designations, and a detailed assessment of development potential, resulting in a clear valuation framework for the entire portfolio.
