Project description
For the development of the Lidl retail facility in Matulji, we acted as construction supervisor, overseeing the project from execution to completion. Our role encompassed continuous site supervision, verification of compliance with technical specifications, and coordination of all relevant stakeholders. Through disciplined technical control and a strong commitment to execution excellence, we delivered a high-performance retail asset optimised for Lidl’s operational logistics and the high-volume customer flows characteristic of the Kvarner region.
