For the development of a 514-room flagship in Poreč, we provided DGNB sustainability and LCA consulting services throughout the project lifecycle. Our role encompassed the assessment and monitoring of DGNB sustainability criteria, verification of compliance with ecological and economic performance requirements, and close coordination with the design and construction teams to ensure alignment with international green building standards. Our involvement supported the delivery of a premium hospitality asset that combines high standards of comfort with environmental responsibility and long-term operational efficiency.
