Project description
For the development of the Matrix D Office Building, a 20,000 m² Class A office project, we provided DGNB sustainability consulting services from design through delivery. Our scope covered the management of DGNB certification requirements, assessment of compliance with demanding technical and performance criteria, and collaboration with the wider project team to achieve strong ecological and economic outcomes. The project was delivered in line with international sustainability benchmarks for high-quality office developments.
