Project description
In this project, we served as construction supervisor for the refurbishment of the Spar supermarket in Martićeva Street. Our responsibilities included continuous on-site supervision, verification of technical compliance, and coordination among all project stakeholders. Through proactive management and rigorous quality control, we supported the delivery of a modern, efficient retail space tailored to the dynamics of this vibrant urban neighbourhood.
