Project description
We served as construction supervisor for the development of the 8,500 m² Fero-Term Park retail facility located in the Jankomir business zone. Our responsibilities encompassed continuous site supervision, compliance verification against detailed technical specifications for a large-scale commercial build, and coordination of diverse stakeholders. Our involvement contributed to the successful delivery of a contemporary and efficient retail asset designed to accommodate home furnishing and premium showroom functions.
