Technical due diligence for Mani II office building

We provided Technical Due Diligence services for Mani II, a Class A office building in the Buzin business zone near Zagreb, in connection with a prospective acquisition. The building offers approximately 8,600 m² of net lettable office space (around 20,000 m² gross) served by a two-level underground car park with more than 350 spaces. Our team assessed the structural condition, building services, and regulatory compliance, together with the maintenance status, to identify material risks and future capital expenditure requirements ahead of an informed acquisition decision.
