For Skopje City Mall, we delivered BREEAM In-Use consulting focused on improving the shopping centre’s operational sustainability performance. Our support covered key areas such as energy efficiency, water and waste management, and indoor environmental quality. By guiding the management team through the certification process and identifying opportunities for performance enhancement, the project achieved higher operational standards and demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainable building management.
