We provided BREEAM In-Use consulting for the Stop Shop retail park in Kaštela, supporting the client in improving and documenting the building’s operational sustainability. Our work focused on assessing energy efficiency, maintenance practices, and environmental performance to meet BREEAM In-Use requirements. The process resulted in measurable performance improvements and strengthened the site’s overall sustainability profile.
