For City Center One East in Zagreb, we delivered BREEAM In-Use consulting aimed at maximizing the shopping center’s sustainability performance in use. We assessed and improved key operational aspects, including energy efficiency, water and waste management, and indoor environmental quality, while encouraging the team to reach higher standards. As a result, City Center One East earned a BREEAM In-Use Excellent rating, demonstrating best-in-class sustainable management and operational excellence.
